Meet Linzi Hunter, 60 years old and a fabulous member of the Goal Plans Community.


A couple of months ago, Linzi decided to make a change. Her mission was to become the healthiest version of herself before she made the move back home to Australia.

We caught up with her after her move back to Australia for a quick chat about all the things she loved about her journey with yours truly…

Your Favourite Goal Plans Foods

My favourite foods - hmm that’s a tough one, as I liked everything, but my favourites were the burritos, pizzas, braised beef and colcannon mash, chicken and chorizo paella, white chocolate peanut butter cups and of course the cookies. Everything tastes great, so it’s hard to pinpoint just certain items.

Your Favourite Thing About Goal Plans

My favourite thing about the plan was the convenience of it all, there was no measuring or counting macros. All the hard work was done for me, and unlike some members I never added extra items, except maybe a shake or two of spices. It never felt like a diet, and it definitely didn’t feel like I was being deprived in any way, so there was never a time when I’d still feel hungry.

What Advice Would You Give to Someone Thinking About Starting Goal Plans?

My advice to anyone about to start - is to DO IT. It will be the best decision you have ever made. Trust in GP and trust in yourself. Don’t expect instant results, because not everybody is the same, and to ditch the scales. The biggest proof is when you have to buy smaller close, or to tighten that belt, and then when the compliments start coming in, believe it.
