This wholesome dish is deliciously healthy and made with tender chunks of chicken breast, savoury, sweet Char Siu pork and prawns, teamed with mushrooms, shredded carrot and peas for a truly tasty dinner for one.

Simply pop the pot into the microave to enjoy a fuss-free meal in minutes (with no washing up afterwards).


Preparation & Storage

Needs cooking. Microwave only. Not suitable for oven cooking.

Cook from chilled: 6 minutes (900W)
Cook from frozen: 8 minutes (900W)

  1. Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid.
  2. Heat on full power. Halfway through cooking peel back film, stir thoroughly and replace film.
  3. Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.
  4. Stir well before serving.

Keep refrigerated or freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours.
