Cook from chilled: 6 minutes (900W)
Cook from frozen: 8 minutes (900W)
- Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid.
- Heat on full power. Halfway through cooking peel back film, stir thoroughly and replace film.
- Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.
- Stir well before serving.
Keep refrigerated or freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours.
