Preparation & Storage

Cooking:Microwave only. Not suitable for oven cooking. Cook from chilled: 4 minutes (800W). Cook from frozen: 7 minutes (800W). Loosen lid. Heat on full power. Stir halfway then leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving.

Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the pack. Also suitable for home freezing. Ideally, freeze on day of receipt and always before the use-by date shown. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours.
