Chicken Fajita Rice Pot

A delicious one-pot meal with all the taste of traditional fajitas!

A high protein, low fat meal with a bold Mexican flavour, this recipe is one of our favourites.

The chicken is cooked in a spicy fajita seasoning, and served with fluffy rice, topped with peppers, beans and mushrooms.

Lunchtime has never tasted so good.


Preparation & Storage

Cooking:Microwave only. Not suitable for oven cooking. Cook from chilled: 4 minutes (800W). Cook from frozen: 7 minutes (800W). Loosen lid. Heat on full power. Stir halfway then leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving.

Important: All appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Ensure piping hot throughout before serving. Take care on handling hot pot.

Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the pack. Also suitable for home freezing. Ideally, freeze on day of receipt and always before the use-by date shown. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours.
