Inside each chewy bagel you'll find a flavoursome cooked pork sausage patty topped with an egg omelette.
We've even tossed in a little sachet of tomato sauce for a fuss-free on-the-move nibble.
But of course, taste and convenience aren't the only things going for this delight - rather it's high in protein and a source of fibre!

This product must be cooked in a microwave before eating
For best results always cook from chilled.
Remove all packaging and place the bagel upside down on a microwaveable plate.
Microwave on full power at 800W for 50 seconds then turn bagel over and cook for a further 50 seconds. Add ketchup and serve immediately.
All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Check the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Keep Refrigerated between 0-5°C, not suitable for freezing. This product is packed in a protective atmosphere.
