Rich, warming and filling, it packs in 23g of plant protein to help you power on through the most demanding of days, as well as 4 of your 5-a-day. The packaging recommends half a jar as a serving, but if you're having it as a meal we'd recommend having the whole jar.

Unscrew lid and place on top of tub loosely. Heat in microwave for 3 mins, stir & heat for 2 mins (900W).
Pour into saucepan and heat on hob for 6 minutes or until piping hot.
Keep refrigerated and consume by the use by date.
